Where are you located?
Coven Health Collective is located inside the Petwin Square building at 2424 4 Street SW Calgary, AB. Unit 1020. The front door is on 4th street.
These doors will be locked for safety and security purposes after 6 PM. A code will be sent in your booking confirmation email with the code to access our building after hours.
Also: our clinic is all wheelchair, stroller and/or mobility aid accessible!
Where do I park?
There is plenty of street parking available through the Calgary Parking Authority in our area or a paid surface parking lot on the East side behind our building. Accessible from 25th ave SW.
Do you do direct billing?
We do not direct bill.
After your appointment and payment has been made, an email with a receipt will be sent to the email on your patient profile. These receipts can be submitted to most insurance companies online.
Lose your receipt? No worries!! We can send that over to you anytime upon request.
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
