We are searching for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who enjoys a varied caseload that ranges from chronic pain and orthopedic injuries to pregnancy care, postpartum recovery, high performing athletes, and stress-driven tension patterns.

Location: Coven Health Collective (Mission, Calgary, AB)
Availability: Flexible FT/ PT (days, evenings, weekends)

Who You Are:

  • Deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual recovery and wellness goals
  • Interested in building community relationships and working towards developing a sustainable caseload
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide thorough assessments and treatment plans across your RMT scope 
  • Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, nurse practitioners and other allied health professionals
  • Actively participate in clinic-wide case discussions and interdisciplinary coordination
  • Lead or support education on relevant topics (if aligned with your interests)
  • Maintain timely, detailed charting and referral documentation in Jane App
  • Engage in case discussions, professional development, and outreach as desired
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active registration and good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association (MTAA, NHPC, CRMTA, CMMOTA)
  • Current malpractice insurance
  • Strong technical skills in therapeutic, prenatal/postnatal and/or deep tissue massage
  • Some experience in clinical or wellness environments (new grads welcome!)
Bonus Points For…:
  • Experience in the fields related/adjacent to women’s health, gender-affirming care, perinatal care, orthopedic care and/or lymphatic techniques
  • Familiarity with EMRs (Jane App), Gmail, WhatsApp, and other digital tools
  • Interest or experience in providing trauma-informed care 
  • Interest in advocacy, community outreach, and clinical education

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop comprehensive treatment plans for a variety of pelvic health (and orthopaedic!) conditions using evidence-informed practices within the scope of pelvic health physiotherapy
  • Demonstrate your commitment to ongoing consent in the realm of pelvic health 
  • Maintain complete, accurate patient records using Jane App
  • Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and leadership
  • Coordinate referrals, requisitions, and follow-ups
  • Stay engaged in ongoing education and professional development
  • Contribute to the clinic’s community presence through education or outreach
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with their College, who is also rostered to perform pelvic internal exams 
  • Valid malpractice insurance 
  • Completed or enrolled in Levels 1-3 Pelvic Health Solutions (or equivalent courses)
  • Clinical experience, interest, or coursework in working with populations with incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, perinatal care, or dyspareunia
  • A willingness to work with a diverse and dynamic client base
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Current CPR-C/ First Aid certification 
Bonus Points For…:
  • Additional advanced certifications (manual therapy, dry needling, Therapeutic Pilates, etc.)
  • Familiarity with EMRs (Jane App), Gmail, WhatsApp, and other digital tools
  • Interest or experience in providing trauma-informed and gender-affirming care
