Brittany Jobagy
Pronouns: She/Her
Professional Discipline: Registered Physiotherapist (MScPT, BScKin)
Services: Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Orthopedic Physiotherapy
Who I help:
Everyone! And more specifically, anyone with a pelvis.
How I help:
I create an environment where people can feel supported and validated in any of their aches, pains, injuries, and concerns.
The type of care I provide can be described as a blend of hands-on techniques (mobilizations, soft tissue work, dry needling/IMS), exercise prescription, education, and guidance.
I believe in collaborative care where the client is the captain. Because it’s YOUR body – you should know what the heck is going on with it!
Stuff I never shut-up about:
I’m passionate about breaking the myths, taboos, and stigma surrounding pelvic health. Too often people are left feeling isolated and even embarrassed about their pelvic health concerns, and that should NEVER be the case! We shouldn’t just quietly suffer with concerns because society has told us to “keep them to yourself”. Everyone deserves to participate fully and confidently in their life.
Outside of the clinic:
I have two little ones that keep me constantly running! I also love spending time at the gym, outdoors and with friends and family.
Give me a nice glass of wine (heavy red, preferably) and great company and I’m a happy lady.
