I work with anyone and everyone! I help clients navigate a ton of general health concerns – everything from stress, sleep, pain, and digestion to menstrual health, fertility, and hormonal balance.

I’m especially passionate about supporting those who need a more sensitive, attuned approach to care. Whether you’re dealing with something complex or just want to feel more in tune with your body, I’m here to hold space for your experience and help guide the healing process gently and respectfully.

I combine acupuncture with a strong focus on mind-body integration, nervous system regulation, and individualized care.

What sets me apart is my holistic approach – I don’t just treat the pain; I look at the root cause and how it fits into the bigger picture of your overall health! My treatments are deeply personalized, and I always aim to create a safe, grounded space where people feel seen and supported.

Healing isn’t just about fixing what’s broken!! It’s about listening to your body before it starts yelling.

I’m always advocating for preventative care and tuning into the subtle signals our bodies give us. People probably hear me say “listen to your body” a hundred times a day, but I truly believe it’s one of the most powerful tools we have.

Outside the clinic, I love hiking and dancing – especially Latin styles like Salsa and Bachata, which I’ve recently gotten into!

Traveling is also a big part of my life. I love immersing myself in different cultures and seeing how people live, move, and heal around the world. These experiences constantly inspire my work and how I connect with others.
