Pronouns: She/Her

Professional Discipline: Registered Physiotherapist (MScPT, BKin)

Services: Physiotherapy & Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Who I help:

I work with people navigating both pelvic health and orthopaedic concerns. I have a particular interest in helping people understand their bodies, feel confident in movement, and get back to the things that matter to them. Pelvic health physiotherapy can support concerns like urinary urgency, frequency or leakage, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, painful periods, low back and pelvic girdle pain, as well as prenatal and postpartum care.

On the orthopaedic side, I work with everything from acute injuries and persistent pain to movement concerns and activity or performance goals. Whether you’re an athlete working your way back to sport, navigating pain, wanting to move with more confidence (or a combination of all three) I’ll meet you where you’re at.

How I help:

I believe good care starts with making people feel comfortable discussing topics that aren’t always easy to talk about. A big part of my approach is helping you understand what you’re experiencing and why, so you can feel more informed and involved in your own care. I combine current evidence, clinical experience, and a healthy dose of education to create treatment plans that are individualized to you, not just your diagnosis.

Depending on your needs, treatment may include education, hands-on techniques, soft tissue therapy, dry needling/IMS, joint mobilization or manipulation, and personalized therapeutic exercise. My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better in the short term. It’s to give you the tools, understanding, and confidence to keep moving forward long after you leave the treatment room.

The hill I’ll die on:

Common doesn’t mean normal. Maybe you’ve been told that leaking, pelvic pain, painful sex, or another pelvic health symptom is “just part of” getting older, being pregnant, having a baby, or simply having a pelvis.

I believe everyone deserves to know what pelvic health physiotherapy is, what support is available, and that there are symptoms you don’t simply have to accept as part of life.

Outside of the clinic:

You’ll usually find me running a self-described painfully slow 5K, heading to a workout class, spending summer days on the boat or surfing, and doing just about anything that involves my favourite people.
