Pronouns: She/Her

Professional Discipline: Physiotherapist (MPT)

Services: Physiotherapy, Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates

Who I help:

I work with adults with orthopedic, movement, and pelvic health concerns. I have a particular interest in pelvic health, including pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, and age-related changes. I also work with clients looking to build strength, mobility, and confidence through Clinical Pilates, whether they have an ongoing injury or simply want to improve how they move and feel.

How I help:

I help clients better understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, and get back to the things they love. I use an individualized approach that combines exercise, education, and movement to help people feel strong and capable. I’m particularly passionate about pelvic health and Clinical Pilates — whether that’s supporting someone through pregnancy and postpartum changes, pelvic floor concerns, or simply helping them build strength, mobility, and body awareness

Stuff I never shut-up about:

You are allowed to be strong and have a pelvic floor. I love that we’re finally talking more about pelvic health, but I also want us to stop treating the pelvic floor like it exists in a completely separate universe from the rest of your body. You can lift weights, run, do Pilates, play volleyball, hike, snowboard, have a baby, recover from an injury — and your pelvic floor gets to be part of all of it.

Outside of the clinic:

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors and staying active. I’m happiest hiking, snowboarding, and playing volleyball. I also love travelling and exploring new places, especially when it involves trying new foods and checking out local restaurants. I’m an avid reader and enjoy spending time with family and friends
