Kelsey Drew

Pronouns: She/Her

Professional Discipline: Registered Physiotherapist (MScPT, BScKinHons)

Services: Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Orthopedic Physiotherapy

Who I help:

I work with teens and adults at all stages of their pelvic health journey. Whether you’re just learning that this stuff exists, or wondering why no one brought up pelvic health physiotherapy sooner, I’m here for the folks who want more than just checklists and handouts.

From bladder management to pain with sex, pudendal neuralgia to gender-affirming care, period pain to that stubborn hip… I love getting into the nitty gritty, solving puzzles, and bringing in backup when needed. My goal is to make sure you always feel supported, understood, and like you’ve got someone solidly in your corner.

Oh, and yes – I’ll treat your (insert other body part here), too 🙂

How I help:

Education is my love language (well, that and a crisp Diet Coke).

You deserve to know what’s going on in your own body, and I’m not here to gate keep that information. I’ll break things down clearly, ask lots of questions, and toss outdated advice into the void where it belongs.

My care is rooted in consent, curiosity, and clinical reasoning; one-size-fits-all protocols give me hives.

Stuff I never shut-up about:

Low back pain that never really goes away? Let’s talk about your pelvic floor. I’m also deeply invested in the ways that women’s health has been shaped by systems that weren’t built with us in mind, why Kegels aren’t a universal solution, and how stigma still shapes what people think is “normal.”

Bonus topic: How Calgary is still dry even when it’s raining.

Outside of the clinic:

When I’m not in the clinic, I’m probably in the mountains, outside touching grass, in an airport, or sending a three-minute voice note to a group chat that did not ask for it.

I’m a lab instructor with a pelvic health organization and love mentoring fellow clinicians, which means I spend a lot of time talking about vaginas and anuses on purpose. I’m also devoted to my cat Tank, will greet every dog (with permission) like we have a shared past, and find deep joy in snacks and spending time with my people.
