Who I help:
I work with people preparing for labour and delivery, recovering postpartum, or healing from painful scars. I also support those experiencing painful periods, pain with intercourse, urinary urgency or frequency, urinary leakage, or chronic pelvic pain.
My goal is to help each client understand their body, feel confident in their recovery, and return to the activities that matter most to them!
How I help:
I am committed to an evidence-based practice and combine manual therapy techniques with individually tailored therapeutic exercise to meet your goals.
I believe in giving YOU the tools to understand your body and help you to feel empowered to take things into your own hands. I enjoy meeting people exactly were they are at, and getting them back to doing the things they love!
Stuff I never shut-up about:
Pelvic floor dysfunction is common, but not normal and you deserve better!!
Outside of the clinic:
I love the outdoors and you can find me hiking, biking and/or skiing often.
I order one of everything at a bakery, and am constantly searching for the best restaurant in town. Travelling is also a big passion of mine!
