Who I help:

I work with anyone looking to build strength and improve movement patterns! Whether you’re a beginner, a professional athlete, returning to exercise after pregnancy, or navigating perimenopause or menopause – I’m here to help you stay strong, capable, and connected to your body at every phase of life!

As our bodies change through life – I’m looking at you, my perimenopause and menopause folks! – shifts in hormones can impact muscle mass, bone density, and energy levels. Strength training and intentional movement become powerful tools to support balance, mobility, and confidence through these transitions… and beyond!

How I help:

I help my clients stay consistent with movement through intentional, therapeutic Pilates programming that adapts to their needs, goals, and energy levels. My approach is calming, supportive, and body-positive, grounded in the belief that progress comes from consistency, not perfection!

Each session combines mindful movement, functional strength, and breath awareness to help you reconnect with your body and move with greater ease. We start with accessible, confidence-building foundations, then gradually layer in challenge and depth and precision as your strength and control grow and develop. My goal is to make movement feel sustainable, empowering, and truly integrated into your everyday life, not just something you do on the mat or reformer!

Stuff I never shut-up about:

I’m especially passionate about supporting parent–infant relationships, and helping new parents feel strong, connected, and confident in their bodies. Postpartum can be such a transformative stage, and movement can play a powerful role in rebuilding both strength and trust in your body.

My approach is optimistic, body-positive, and grounded in celebrating what our bodies are capable of! I believe movement should feel empowering and sustainable, not punishing or performative.

Calgary has such an incredible community of movers and parents, and I feel lucky to call this city home while helping people of all backgrounds discover what their bodies can do for them!

Outside of the clinic:

I love to travel to new places with my family, spending time outdoors, trying new yoga and Pilates classes, paddle boarding, volunteering in the community, anything related to animals (especially dogs!), and good coffee.
