Who I help:

I work with a wide range of people, from elite and competitive athletes to weekend warriors! I also work with individuals dealing with complex or persistent pain. Many of the people I work with want to get back to sport, return to daily activities they enjoy, or move more comfortably and confidently in their bodies!

I enjoy working with people of all activity levels who are motivated to understand what is driving their symptoms, improve their movement, and manage pain in a way that supports long-term function. My goal is to help people return to the activities that matter to them, whether that means high-level performance, staying active through injury or pain, or simply moving through day-to-day life with fewer limitations.

How I help:

I help people recover using a hands-on approach that combines advanced manual therapy, IMS and trigger point dry needling, and functional, movement-based rehabilitation. I focus on understanding what is driving someone’s pain so treatment is targeted, effective, and relevant to their goals, not just symptom relief.

My goal is always to help people recover as efficiently as possible and return to the activities that matter to them. I tailor care to each individual, taking into account their concerns, lifestyle, and movement demands.

My approach is shaped by extensive clinical and teaching experience. I have practiced physiotherapy in Canada, Australia, England, and the United States, and I have been teaching dry needling for over 15 years. I am the founder of On Point Needling, and my combined clinical and educator background allows me to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care grounded in both skill and experience.

Stuff I never shut-up about:

My perfect and adorable dog, Macy. You may even meet her in the clinic!

Outside of the clinic:

I spend as much time as possible with my favourite dog, Macy, and with my family. I love being active together, whether that is biking, skiing, or spending time in the mountains.

I also enjoy travel and exploring new places! I’m always looking for the next adventure and new experiences.

Proof I don't just Google stuff (aka credentials):
  • Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists (FCAMPT)… and the million courses that come with that!
  • Gunn IMS Dry Needling
  • Complete Concussion Management Training for Healthcare Practitioners (CCMI)
  • Founder of On Point Needling
