How I help:
I combine evidence-based, clinically rigorous practice with empathy and kindness to create a supportive environment where conversations guide treatment.
My treatment approach blends manual therapy, dry needling (IMS), movement-based rehabilitation (yes, there’s homework!), and education designed around your goals. Each plan is collaborative and adapted to support what matters most – from enhancing athletic performance and recovering from injury to easing back or pelvic pain during pregnancy. I am also Webster-certified chiropractor, meaning that I have some extra tools to help you move with strength, confidence, and comfort through pregnancy and the perinatal period.
Together, we’ll work to reduce pain, build strength, and get you moving in ways that feel sustainable – not stressful!

I love spending time with my family, camping, road-tripping, travelling, and exploring new places!
You may also find me working with athletic teams – I’ve had the privilege of working with ELEV8 Lacrosse, the National Beach Volleyball League, and currently serve as part of the medical team for Canada’s Men’s Sitting Volleyball program.
