Who I help:
I love working with all kinds of people!
As an orthopedic physiotherapist with training in pelvic health and clinical Pilates, I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including tight necks from desk work, running-related aches, incontinence, pelvic pain, and pressure symptoms. I enjoy helping people understand why these issues show up and how we can create meaningful change through movement, education, and individualized care.
I have a particular interest in persistent or recurring injuries that just always hang around… My goal is to help people uncover the root of those patterns and work together to build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
How I help:
I use a blend of hands-on manual therapy and movement-based treatments to help people understand their bodies and build long-term change.
My manual work often includes joint mobilizations, active release techniques, and deep muscle treatment. But the real magic happens when you get up off the table and onto the reformer! I am an exercise-based therapist, and that usually means moving together in the clinic via the use of clinical Pilates, and ALWAYS includes an individualized home program (aka homework) to support the progress we make during our sessions.
Stuff I never shut-up about:
Easy. Some things I’ll never stop talking about include:
- The changes that happen in peri and menopause and how to navigate them.
- The belief that every person can move better and get stronger regardless of age or injury.
- Incontinence being common doesn’t mean it’s normal.
How can my dog (Rosie) could possibly be THAT cute.
Outside of the clinic:
Outside of the clinic, I am usually on a bike. I love commuting by bike, road cycling, and downhill mountain biking.
When I am not riding, you can usually find me in the mountains. Backcountry hiking, camping, snowboarding, and skiing are some of my favourite ways to recharge.
Travel is also my passion. I have done several campervan trips, including a week in Iceland, six weeks in New Zealand, and – most recently – two weeks in Norway. Nothing beats the freedom of exploring a new country in a van!
