Professional Discipline: Registered Occupational Therapist (MScOT, BSc)

Services: Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Who I help:

As a pediatric occupational therapist in Calgary, I help children (0-18) who are struggling with daily tasks reach their full potential. My approach is holistic and grounded in collaboration – addressing the physical, cognitive, and sensory barriers that can make independence feel out of reach.

I have a special interest in early intervention (birth to 3 years), working with children who have complex sensory needs and partnering closely with families to help them feel confident in supporting their child’s growth.

Whether we’re building new motor skills, navigating sensory sensitivities, or finding ways to make everyday routines more successful, I believe in meeting each child – and their caregivers! –  exactly where they are.

How I help:

I love playing with kids. The silliness, the creativity, the joy… that’s what makes me passionate about being a pediatric occupational therapist! I use play-based therapy to help children build confidence, coordination, and independence through movement, imagination, and connection.

I love stepping into each child’s world and using their unique interests to uncover their potential. What makes me different is that I’m not afraid to be completely, joyfully silly when it helps create that spark of connection! Those moments of trust and laughter are where growth truly happens.

Stuff I never shut-up about:

SENSORY PROCESSING IS THE KEY TO IT ALL! Seriously. If you can’t process sensory information correctly and effectively, it impacts everything you do. And it starts in infancy!

Outside of the clinic:

I love traveling, playing video games (I’m thinking of starting a streaming channel actually…!), taking my boys out to nature, and being horizontal (in my bed).
