Who I help:
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), I work with women in any lifestage, whether you are looking to optimize wellness, starting to think about pre-conception or family planning, need some help adjusting to pregnancy and the postpartum period, and/or are navigating perimenopause/ menopause… I’m your gal! 

I support my clients through education, functional strategies, and practical tools that help them feel confident and capable in their everyday lives. One of my favourite of those tools is movement!

As a therapeutic Pilates instructor, I combine movement into my OT practice in a way that feels purposeful, empowering, and tailored to each person’s goals of care. I work with all types of clients, from professional athletes and newly postpartum parents to anyone recovering from injury or looking to improve strength and balance. I’m passionate about sharing my love of functional movement and helping people discover how it can fit into their everyday lives.

How I help:

I’m a whole-picture practitioner who approaches care by considering how different lifestyle factors may be influencing your overall health. Collaborative goal-setting and getting to know you as an individual are core parts of my practice! 

I’m passionate about creating preventative and functional treatment plans that fit seamlessly into your busy life. My goal is to help you live fully and participate in the things you love without restriction.


Stuff I never shut-up about:

Pilates is not just “for the girlies”, and is not reserved for those who are recovering from injury or managing chronic pain!! 

Pilates is excellent for preventative health and building resilience; through improved body awareness and coordination, increased core strength, muscular control, and a focus on stabilization, Pilates can be beneficial to anyone, at any stage!

Outside of the clinic:

I love a workout class, preferably reformer Pilates (shocker!), but Lagree and hot yoga are other favourites of mine. I also consider myself an amateur interior designer and event planner. I am often dreaming up my next dinner party idea, elaborate celebration, or seasonal gathering.
